The Breconwood neighborhood is situated on Breconwood Road at the northwest corner of Highway 101 and Minnetonka Boulevard in northwest Minnetonka. Breconwood is a townhome community boasting approximately 100 townhome units. Within Breconwood, townhome units range in price from $200,000 to $400,000.

Breconwood is within close proximity to some of the top amenities in Minnetonka. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to a wide variety of outdoor, shopping, and dining opportunities, including Bennett Family Park, Shaver Lake, Libbs Lake, Big Willow Park, Purgatory Park, Glen Lake Park, Minnehaven Square, Westwind Plaza, and Ridgedale Center. The community of Breconwood is served by Independent School District 276. Minnetonka Public Schools is comprised of six elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school. One excellent school in the district is Groveland Elementary. At Groveland dedicated teachers serve approximately 620 students in grades K-5. Other schools in the area include Minnetonka Middle School East, Minnetonka High School, Sleepy Tigers Chinese Immersion Preschool, and Minnetonka Christian Academy.
