The Adleman Ponds neighborhood is situated West of Penn Avenue between 84th Street and 90th Street within the Marsh Lake community on the west side of Bloomington. Washburn Elementary is an excellent school serving 415 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Other schools in the area include Olsen Elementary and Middle School, Thomas Jefferson High School, and Normandale Community College.
