The Spruce Hill neighborhood is situated in central Shorewood off of Yellowstone Trail just east of Seamans Drive.Spruce Hill offers beautiful wooded scenery full of mature trees, providing residents with a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. The neighborhood consists of 35 single family homes featuring rambler and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $350,000 to $800,000. Minnewashta Elementary serves 840 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade with a student teacher ratio of 14.9. Minnewashta Elementary seeks to provide an excellent educational program designed to help each student excel. Other schools in the area include Deephaven Elementary School, Minnetonka Middle School West, and Minnetonka High School.
