The neighborhood community of Wedgewood is located on the east side of Plymouth off of Rockford Road between Northwest Boulevard and 494. Wedgewood is an excellent neighborhood  featuring great homes, family friendly community, and convenient location with easy access to numerous amenities and several major highways. The neighborhood boasts 110 single family homes featuring rambler and traditional housing styles and 100 townhome units. The closest school to Wedgewood is Sunset Hills Elementary School. Sunset Hills Elementary serves 580 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade providing an excellent educational program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience. Other schools in the area include Birchview Elementary School, Central Middle School, Wayzata East Middle School, Wayzata High School, and Fourth Baptist Christian School.
