Washington Park South is located in the Roosevelt Park Community of the City of Richfield. The neighborhood is located between Portland, 77th Street, Bloomington Avenue, and 75th Street. Washington Park South is comprised of around 400 single family homes ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 in price. House styles are primarily cottages and ranches.
