The neighborhood community of Union Terrace is located on the east side of Plymouth off of 36th avenue between Zachary Lane and Pilgrim Lane. Union Terrace is an older neighborhood featuring older homes with great character and mature trees. The neighborhood offers beautiful wooded scenery, offer residents scenic views and a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. Union Terrace consists of 260 single family homes featuring ranch, rambler, and split level housing styles with prices ranging from  $250,000 to $500,000. Union Terrace is an excellent neighborhood with much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly environment, and central location.

Union Terrace features great location within close proximity to some of the top amenities in Plymouth. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to several shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including French Regional Park, Mission Hills Park, Zachary Playfield, Eagle Lake Regional Park, Rockford Plaza, and Rockridge Center. Rockford Plaza is located 5 minutes west of Union Terrace, offering some of the best shopping, dining, and grocery amenities in the area. Some of these amenities include Target, Kohl’s, Home Goods, Walgreens, Five Guys, and Chili’s.

Residents within the community of Union Terrace are served by Independent School District 281 also known as Robbinsdale Area Schools. Robbinsdale Area Schools is an excellent school district dedicated to providing students with an exceptional education and equipping them with the tools to succeed. The closest school to Union Terrace is Robbinsdale Armstrong High School. Robbinsdale Armstrong serves 2,000 students in 9th through 12th grade providing a rigorous academic program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience and help them succeed. Other schools in the area include Pilgrim Lane Elementary School, Zachary Lane Elementary School, Plymouth Middle School, St. Raphael Catholic School, and The FAIR School.
