Heritage Middle School is an E-STEM Magnet school that serves 5th through 8th grade students. Heritage focuses on Environment, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math by using projects and field experiments to provide students the opportunity to learn in fun and exciting ways. The mission of Heritage Middle School is: A supportive and respectful community that engages all students through problem solving, collaboration, and inquisitive learning. Heritage Elementary seeks to equip students to think critically and succeed in our information- rich world.

Henry Sibley High School is a public high school that serves 9th through 12th grade students in district 197. Henry Sibley High school provides an excellent academic program designed to give students a personalized learning experience while preparing them for college courses. Sibley serves 1,361 students and provides a small enough environment to build meaningful relationships while offering the same rigorous curriculum as other high schools. Sibley offers Advanced Placement opportunities as well as college level courses such as College in the Schools and Post Secondary Enrollment Option designed to give students a jump start on their college courses. Henry Sibley High School provides numerous opportunities for students to be involved with the school including over 50 clubs, sports teams, service activities, and other academic organizations.

There is also an abundance of private schooling options within the city of West St. Paul, including St. Croix Lutheran School. St. Croix is a Christian High School and Middle School in West St. Paul that serves 6th through 12th grade students. The school offers various different courses including English, religion, math, science, business, and many more. Ninety-five percent of students who graduate from St. Croix Lutheran continue their education and attend college. St. Croix Lutheran seeks to prepare their students for college and use their talents to live as an example of Christian service.
