The neighbrohood of Nicollet Park is located on the northeast side of Richfield within the Legion Lake community. Nicollet Park is an excellent neighborhood featuring great homes, family friendly community, and central location with easy access to several amenities and major Interstates. The neighborhood also offers a quiet neighborhood atmosphere and beautiful wooded scenery full of mature trees. Nicollet Park consists of 300 single family homes featuring rambler and cottage housing styles with prices ranging from $200,000 to $400,000.

The city of Richfield boasts a wide range of amenities that all residents can enjoy and have easy access to. Residents of the Nicollet Park can enjoy easy access to some of the best shopping, dining, and recreational amenities in the area. Richfield STEM is an excellent school focusing on science, technology, engineering, and math serving 750 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Other schools in the area include Centennial Elementary School, Richfield High School, Blessed Trinity Catholic School, and the Academy of Holy Angels.
