A picnic shelter with restrooms is another nice touch. What really adds to the park’s size, however, is the 9-hole disc golf course attached. Free to play, Southside’s disc golf course is a great way to enjoy a sunny, summer afternoon, or a cool, fall morning.

Greenway Park/Trail System: The Greenway Park and Trail System is the go-to location for passive outdoor enthusiasts. For those who simply desire a location to appreciate natural beauty in an organic setting, the Greenway Park and Trail System offers the right amenities. Visitors can walk, jog, run, or bike on the park’s 4.1-mile long trail. Additionally, in the winter time, the trail can be used for cross-country skiing. With beautiful trees and a peaceful environment all around, the Greenway Park and Trail System is a haven for those seeking outdoor tranquility.
