The Centennial neighborhood is a neighborhood of the City of Richfield, located between 75th Street, Diagonal Boulevard, Bloomington Avenue, and Cedar Avenue. The neighborhood is made up of around 300 single family homes with primarily single level cottage housing styles. Homes for sale in the neighborhood have prices ranging from $200,000 to $300,000. Centennial has much to offer including great homes, family friendly community, and convenient location.
